All materials supplied by Seven Saints Research are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. No statement on this site should be interpreted as a claim of regulatory approval, therapeutic benefit or human suitability.
Research use only
All products sold by Seven Saints Research are intended strictly for laboratory research use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, or any form of in-vivo use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified purchaser acquiring these materials for legitimate research purposes only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or place an order. By using this website you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction.
Product information
Product descriptions, specifications and reconstitution notes are provided for informational purposes for qualified researchers. Seven Saints Research makes no representation regarding therapeutic benefit, safety or suitability for any purpose other than laboratory research. Lot documentation is published as it is issued; entries without a published document are marked as pending rather than estimated.
Orders and payment
An account is required before an order can be placed. Orders are submitted through the site and paid by Interac e-Transfer to the address supplied in your order confirmation email. Orders are held as awaiting payment until the transfer is received, and are released for dispatch after payment clears. Pricing is in Canadian dollars.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Canada. Once a shipment leaves our facility, a tracking number and carrier are added to your order and visible in your account. Seven Saints Research is not responsible for delays, seizures or losses caused by carriers, customs authorities or incorrect address information supplied at checkout.
Refunds and returns
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched. If a shipment arrives damaged or an incorrect item was supplied, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will review the claim.
Limitation of liability and indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Saints Research, its owners and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage or use of any product supplied. You agree to indemnify and hold Seven Saints Research harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your misuse of any product, including any use in humans or animals.
Privacy
We collect only the information required to operate your account and fulfil your orders: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number where supplied, and your order history. This information is never sold. It is shared only with shipping carriers to the extent needed to deliver your order, or where disclosure is required by law. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which Seven Saints Research operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase made through this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
