No. All materials listed are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and we do not provide dosing or protocol guidance.
Yes. An account is required before an order can be placed. Your account holds your order history, payment status and shipment tracking.
Orders are placed on the site and paid by Interac e-Transfer. As soon as your order is submitted you receive e-transfer instructions by email, and your order is released for dispatch once payment is received.
Sign in and open your account. Each order shows its current status, and the tracking number and carrier appear there as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
Materials are supplied lyophilised in sealed vials. Storage and handling notes are listed on each specimen page. Shipping destinations and timelines are confirmed at checkout.
Every specimen page carries a reconstitution section with a common laboratory preparation for that vial size. Bacteriostatic water is added slowly against the inside wall of the vial and swirled — never shaken.
